  • 1. You don't provide a registered mail or tracking number by the end of the business day after the purchase order has been confirmed.
  • 2. Hero Bullion does not receive the product in the purchase order within five business days.
  • 3. The product received does not meet quality standards or the quantity stated isn't accurate in the purchase order.

Hero Bullion states that once they receive the delivery and everything is confirmed, they will send the payment you are owed within three to five business days using one of the following methods:

  • ACH Direct Deposit
  • Bank Wire
  • Check (USPS Priority)
  • Check (USPS Express)
